Artist as explorer

I like what Cory Trepanier is doing with his Into the Artic project. As a landscape artist, the idea of going on an expedition, and combining blogging, oil painting, and filmed documentary is a tremendous idea, as he and his family explore the north.

And, it looks like a lot of fun.
